Postage and Collection Information
How do postal biscuits work?
All our biscuits are sent out first class via Royal Mail. With occasional delays in postal services, we post out in plenty of time so we make sure it gets there.
We add a sticker which specifies when the recipient can open their box so they know when it is for.
Each box is as secure as possible. With every box, they are bubble wrapped, stuck down with royal icing with a piece of bubble wrap on top. They are also posted in a postal bag so there is no air contamination.
We also put the box into a bag so when the recipient opens the package it feels like a gift and each box comes with a card and ribbon.
They have a shelf life of 6 weeks so will be great to eat even if there is a postal delay.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
Once an order is dispatched, we will contact you to confirm this.
We add a tracking number from Royal mail.
We cannot be held responsible for timings on delivery, so order early to assure your gift arrives in plenty of time.
Can you cater for special dietary needs?
All our products are vegetarian.
On each item, you will see what diets we cover, this differs between items.
However, we use wheat, eggs, milk, soya, nuts and sulphates in our kitchen.

Collection is from my Chippenham home address. You will receive a pick-up ready email when your order is complete. Collections are only on a Friday, unless arranged with myself in advance. Your sweet treats will be packaged appropriately and the safest place for them will be a car boot. Please note all collections are COVID safe.
